The growth and success of our Youth Section in the 23/24 season has been remarkable, with a significant increase in participation and engagement. As the demand for training facilities for our youth teams continues to rise, particularly during the darker months of the year, we are faced with the challenge of providing adequate lighting for mid-week training sessions. In order to cater to the evolving needs of our youth rugby teams, it has become imperative for us to secure appropriate training facilities throughout the entirety of the season. While we are able to accommodate these requirements during the summer and spring months, the transition to darker evenings poses a logistical challenge in terms of providing well-lit training areas for our young athletes. As a proactive measure to address this issue, we have identified a suitable off-site space that can serve as an alternative training venue during the week. However, in order to fully utilize this space, it is essential for us to procure portable lighting that will facilitate safe and effective training sessions for our youth players. This investment in adequate lighting will not only enable our young athletes to hone their skills and maintain their fitness, but also foster a supportive and social environment for their development.
